2023 Spring Holiday Program

Holiday Camps

Competition Group Camp竞赛班 (Fully Booked)

Date: July 3rd-4th and 10th-11th (Mondays and Tuesdays)

Time: 9am - 3pm

Fee: $90/day Students need to bring their own lunch and snacks

Requirement: JCL 400 or equivalent strength as we will be running a competition over two days. It is also recommended to join both days so they won’t miss any rated games.

竞赛班Camp周一和周二连续两天，期间会穿插一个计算JCL积分的比赛，学习和分组活动等。

 

Intermediate and Rookie Camp初级班和中级班 (Few spots left)

Date: July 5th and July 12th (Wednesdays)

Time: 9am-12:00pm and 12:30-3:30pm

Fee: $45 per 3-hour session

Current JZMC Rookie and Intermediate group students have priority to join. We hope to provide some more fun time learning chess during holiday.

中级班和初级提高班是3小时的session，我们会安排适合孩子程度的课程和练习，在假期里多一些时间精进棋艺。

2023 Winter Holiday Program

Due to the number of tournaments being run during the 2023 Autumn Holiday program, there will be no face-to-face holiday camps. However, if you are interested in online workshops/camps during the holidays, please let us know in the registration form.

Holiday Camps

We have three upcoming camps in the summer holidays for students to attend.

 

AJCC Holiday Camp

  • Dates: Dec 22-23rd (Thursday and Friday)
    Jan 7-8th (Saturday and Sunday)

    Location: 7/1A Jenkins Road, Carlingford (Walk in from the path behind 7-11, next to the Pool Shop)

  • $80/day. Bring your own lunch and Recess.

  • Mainly for students playing in Melbourne in January.

Beginner and Intermediate Camp

  • Date: Jan 2-6 Monday to Friday

    Time: 9am-12pm or 12:30-3:30pm

    Bring snacks and water bottle.

  • $40 per session

 

Online Workshop

  • Date: Jan 2-5 and 9-12 (Mondays to Thursdays)

    Time: 4:30-5:30pm

    Lessons will be conducted on Zoom. At least two students need to be present for each session to commence.

  • $20 per session
